As a refreshing change from the typical see-and-be-seen SoBe scene, Talula oozes a warm, inviting and attitude-free atmosphere. Either dine alfresco on the luscious outdoor patio, or settle into one of the sumptuous red banquette seats and savour delicacies such as the fresh tartar of Ahi tuna with Serrano chiles, crispy rice and trout roe; the divine grilled Sonoma Valley foie gras set atop blue corn cakes with caramelized pears, candied walnuts, and a dash of chile syrup; or the superb pan-roasted monkfish with shellfish, porcini mushrooms and a French lentil-and-duck ragoût.
