Michelin Star chef, Gert Jan Hagerman, has created a restaurant that lives strongly by the belief that food tastes best when it is prepared using the freshest ingredients. The restaurant is built on grounds with its own greenhouse and garden, harvesting fresh herbs, Mediterranean vegetables and edible flowers. The food that they are unable to grow themselves they purchase from environmentally conscious local farmers.
Guests to this incredible restaurant are also invited to attend a tour of the nursery so they can see for themselves where the food they are about to eat originated from.
